1. Why do we control brushed aluminum sheet color difference?

Brushed aluminum sheet refers to a plate formed on the surface of the aluminum plate by two different treatment processes: drawing and oxidation. 3. How is the color difference of brushed aluminum sheet formed?
After being used for a period of time, the brushed aluminum sheet will have a certain color change problem. Each company will specify a color deviation and products that meet this range can be regarded as qualified products. Therefore, there are many reasons for the color difference of the brushed aluminum sheet, mainly including raw materials, processing methods and so on.
The content of metal elements and material texture of different batches of aluminum sheet are different. It is difficult to achieve the same effect as the sample after multiple adjustments and sample evaluation during coloring.
During the oxidation process, various factors such as the composition, content, concentration, temperature and processing time of the potion may cause different treatment effects, resulting in color problems in the aluminum sheet.
In the closed coloring process of the product, due to the color difference that has existed during the production of the material pre-treatment, the difficulty of sample matching, color matching and color mixing increases.
4. Handheld colorimeter detects the color of brushed aluminum sheet
The reflective properties of oxidized and colored surfaces of aluminum and aluminum alloys are different from those of other objects (such as opaque pigments). The visible color of the oxidized colored aluminum sheet is different from the color of qualified goods. Therefore, when measuring the color and color difference of the brushed aluminum oxide plate, there will be confusion.
This is because the color of the brushed aluminum sheet has a conditional color development property, that is, two identical colors observed under a certain angle or a certain light source will become inconsistent if the viewing angle or light source is changed.
