LS223 coating thickness gauge
LS223 coating thickness gauge is an instrument that separates the host from the probe. The maximum measuring range is 5000μm and the meter can automatically identify the measuring substrate. This meter uses both Hall Effect and Eddy current measurement principles to measure the non-magnetic coating thickness on magnetic substrates and the non-conductive coating thickness on non-magnetic substrates. It is a dual-use instrument for both ferrous and non-ferrous substrates.
Application
LS223 coating thickness tester is widely used in hardware manufacturing, shipbuilding, aerospace, mechanical equipment evaluation and other fields. This meter is especially suitable for large thickness coating inspection.

Temperature compensation and analogue digital signal function
The instrument has the temperature compensation function and digital function of the analog signal end, which can make the sensor signal of the coating thickness gauge more stable. The test accuracy of the instrument is not affected under the condition of large temperature changes

The probe supports trigger power-on, it can automatically identify the measurement substrate and automatically switch
Large measuring range
The LS223 coating thickness tester has a large measuring range. It can measure maximum coating thickness of 5 mm on magnetic substrates and 3 mm on non-magnetic substrates
